Classes for New Members

Classes for New Members are designed to help the new and seasoned believer to grow in their walk with Christ. It's also an opportunity to meet members of your new church family and learn more about what we believe at The Resurrection Center. Each new member must take three classes prior to baptism and/or receiving the Right Hand of Fellowship. There is one class offered every 2^nd, 3^rdand 4^th Sunday at 11:00 a.m. If you have not been contacted to take your classes OR if you missed the opportunity in the past, but want to take your classes now…Please send an email to newmembers@trclive.org or click on Get Connected and select "Classes for New Members".

BAPTISM:

Baptism is an outward sign of an inward spiritual renewal and rebirth. We baptize by immersing the believer in water, symbolizing and testifying of the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is our belief that we are to "make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" Matt. 28:19-20 

Members of the leadership team are available to ensure that adults and children who are candidates for baptism, understand the decision they are making.
